By using the Service, you represent that:
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
All information you provide is accurate and up to date

Placed is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

b. License to Placed
By submitting User Content, you grant Placed a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, distribute, and use the content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
c. Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:
You own or have the rights to the content
The content does not violate laws or third-party rights
The content is not harmful, deceptive, or abusive
Placed does not endorse User Content and is not responsible for it.
5. Prohibited Content
You agree not to:
Violate any law or regulation
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
Misrepresent affiliation, identity, or endorsements
Scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service without permission
We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.
6. Payments & Monetization
Some features may involve payments, transactions, or monetization.
Payments are processed by third-party providers
Placed is not responsible for payment processor errors
Fees, revenue splits, and payout terms may change and will be disclosed where applicable
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the Service (excluding User Content) is owned by Placed or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate or link to third-party tools, websites, or services.
Placed is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

You may stop using the Service at any time.
Placed may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

Termination does not limit our other legal rights.
